I am a holistic practitioner and educator with over 18 years of experience, dedicated to helping others achieve health, balance, healthy skin and a pain free body. I founded CHIA Massage School in 2018, launched CHIA Holistic Beauty & Massage in 2019 and offers courses that empower practitioners to transform their practices. Drawing from both my proffessional knowledge and my own journey through burnout, skin concerns, chronic pain and trauma, I combine practical techniques with holistic wisdom to inspire sustainable growth and well-being.
